At Frannies Creamery Cart, we are honored to serve you for such a special moment in your life.
I have spent ten years and many summers working within restaurants and hospitality all over Rhode Island. Some of my favorite times were spent working the wedding season out on beautiful Block Island, RI. Even though I have transtioned a bit into corporate Marketing, my dream is to "marry" the two passions. My vision for Frannie's is to bring the sweetest of treats paired with perfectly curated experience to brighten your big day, birthday party or corporate fun.

Inspired by family, summer memories, and a love for classic treats, we set out to bring soft serve back into everyday moments. Our mission is to create experiences that feel a little lighter, a little more fun, and a lot more memorable.
